Booking Enquiries
Once Villa Anisa has received an enquiry we will contact you with confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable tax), and the amount of deposit required (50% of total rental value).
Confirmed Reservation
On confirmation of a booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental value to be paid. The remaining 50% of the rental value is required to be paid in full 7 days before the booking date.
Changes to Bookings
Any request to change a booking must be made in writing. Villa Anisa will endeavour to accommodate booking changes but this will only occur subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Villa Anisa requires that all cancellations are notified in writing. (Fax or email is acceptable.)
Upon cancelation of a booking, a minimum of one months notice is required before the booked arrival date to allow any deposits paid to be refunded. Cancellations made less than one months prior to the arrival date will not be refunded and all monies paid as deposit will forfeited. Final payments are non refundable.
